 Intent to Enter Form Closed

The Intent to Enter form is closed for the meet.

Please contact Ron Knapp at ezmeetentry@cs.com with any questions. Make sure to include Name of Meet, your Name, School Name, contact phone number and detailed information in order to receive a prompt response.

 1. Instructions for Intent to Enter Meet

The meet director requires that you complete an Intent to Enter form for this meet. Please take the time to quickly register your team and your contact information as part of your Intent to Enter this meet so that you also receive notices about meet updates.

The meet director requires that you complete an Intent to Enter form for this meet no later than 8:00pm, 1/5/2018, 

All interested coaches must complete an Online Intent to Enter form as either an SCC Coach or a NON-SCC Coach.

Online Intent to Enter form required for participation, first 60 teams accepted in addition to SCC teams.

After completion, your entry is available for review in your email and on the Meet Reports page. Please insure that you don't make duplicate entries by reviewing your Intent to Enter information in your email and on the Meet Reports page.

 1. Athletic Net Attendance Status

REMINDER: Only coaches of teams listed with Accepted Intent to Enter forms at the meet website are invited to participate in the meet and make event entries. Coaches with accepted Intent to Enter forms can make event entries even though your Attendance Status is Unconfirmed.
NOTE: The Attendance Status is updated by EZ Meet Services meet management in a periodic review of Intent to Enter forms. Do not send an email asking for update of confirmation status.

Enter team and athletes in the Athletic.net system beginning on Monday, December 18 through Sunday, 6:00pm, January 7, 2018 Tuesday, 8:00pm January 9, 2018.

 2. Athletic Net Entry Alert

Before making entries you must first ensure that your all of your athletes are correctly listed with Grade 9, 10, 11 or 12 in your Team Roster. If they are not listed with a Grade 9, 10, 11 or 12 then you must update your Athlete in the Roster BEFORE making any event entries.
Your Team Roster may contain some of athletes that are affected by the issue where athletes have a Grade assigned of 19,20, 21, 22 etc from previous meet results.
Please follow these steps to ensure that you can correctly remediate your roster by the entry deadline:

  1. On your Team home page, edit your Team Roster to update any athletes with a Grade displayed as 19,20, 21, 22 etc with the respecitve Grade of 9,10,11,12.
  2. After you have updated all of your athletes, return to the Meet Event Registration and enter your athletes into their respective events.
