Welcome to the 86th Greater Hartford Outdoor Track and Field Invite

Coaches and their teams from Connecticut are invited to the 86th Greater Hartford Outdoor Track and Field Invite starting at 9:00am on Saturday, May 13, 2017. The meet is open to Connecticut coaches and their high school age athletes competing for their high school team. The meet is held at the 8-lane track and field, all-weather facility at Simsbury High School Track and Field facility in Simsbury CT.

The meet director requires that you complete an Intent to Enter form for this meet by 9pm Eastern, Thursday, April 27, 2017. There is a capacity for 35 boys teams and 35 girls teams to enter, acceptance based upon first come-first accepted by completing the online Intent to Enter form. Since there is a 35-team entry limit, any team/school that withdraws from the meet after April 27, 2017 is required to pay for half of the entry fee.

Welcome to the Inaugural Patriot Outdoor Track and Field Relays

Coaches and their teams from Connecticut are invited to the inaugural Patriot Outdoor Track and Field Relays on Saturday, April 22, 2017 starting at 9:30am. The meet is open to CIAC coaches and their athletes of high school age competing with their high school team.

The first year invitational offer teams the opportunity to obtain performances in several events held at the national level including relays individual events and Boys and Girls Pentathlon. There are no entry standards for any event. The Field events are contested as 2-person relays with the exception of the Hammer Throw, which will be competed as an individual event.

Coaches are requested to notify Meet Director Bill Vanderrest of their interest to attend by Friday, 4/14/2017 at 860-508-1630 or wvanderrest@coventryct.org .

Welcome to the 3rd Torrington Varsity Alumni Club Track and Field Challenge

Coaches and their teams from Connecticut's Naugatuck Valley League and Berkshire League are invited to the 3rd Annual Torrington Varsity Alumni Club Track and Field Challenge starting at 10:30am on Saturday, May 13, 2017. The meet is open to CT state track coaches and their high school age athletes competing for their high school team.

The meet will be held at the 8-lane track and field, all-weather facility at Torrington High School Track and Field facility in Torrington CT. Fully automatic timing and results provided by Fast Track Timing. Please make sure to read all Meet Information, Registration Instructions and Schedule of Events at the meet website. Interested coaches should submit their Intent to Enter form as soon as possible by April 12, 2017.

Coaches and their teams are invited to the Marty Roberts Invitational at Coginchaug Regional High School on Saturday May 6, 2017 starting at 1:30pm. The meet is open to Connecticut coaches and their athletes of high school age competing with their high school team.

Meet Director Jon Faitsch invites Connecticut coaches and their teams to the Amity Midnight Invite at Amity High School in Woodbridge CT on Friday, May 5, 2017 starting at 5:00pm. The meet is open to Connecticut coaches and their high school age athletes competing for their high school teams. The meet features a 5km event for boys and girls as well as a 4x100m Relay, 110m/100m Hurdles, Shot Put, Discus Throw, Pole Vault, High Jump and Long Jump.

Welcome to the 12th Irv Black High School Invitational

Coaches and their high school teams from CT, NY, MA and RI are invited to participate in the 12th Irv Black High School Invitational on Friday (3:30pm), May 5, 2017 and Saturday (10:00am), May 6, 2017. The meet is open to coaches and their high school age athletes competing on their high school team from Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York and Rhode Island. There is a CIAC Border sanction for the meet with NY, MA and RI.

  • The meet is held at the Irv Black Track at Veterans' Stadium in Willowbrook Park in New Britain CT on a 9-lane, recently resurfaced 400m Mondo track, including the runways for the long jump, triple jump and pole vault.

Welcome to the Middletown Outdoor Track and Field Invitational

Coaches from Connecticut are invited to register their teams for the Middletown Outdoor Track and Field Invitational that offers a Frosh-Soph Meet starting at 3:30pm on Friday, May 5, 2017 and a Varsity Meet starting at 1:00pm (Field) and 2:00pm (Track) on Saturday, May 6, 2017. The meet is open to all Connecticut coaches and their high school age athletes competing with for high school team. Note that Frosh-Soph Meet competition is open to only freshmen and sophomores athletes.

Coaches interested in participating are required to submit their Online Intent-to-Enter form for Frosh-Soph and Varsity meets by 9pm Friday April 28, 2017.

Welcome to the Ledyard Relays Invitational

Meet Director Dave Tetlow welcomes coaches and their high school teams from the list of invited schools to participate in the Ledyard Relays Invitational starting at 3:30pm on Friday, April 28, 2017 and continuing at 10:00am on Saturday, April 29, 2017. The Ledyard Relays offers Varsity and Junior Varsity athletes a unique opportunity to compete with their teammates in the many relay events on the track and on the field. Welcome to the Dan O'Connell Coed Relays

​Meet Director Brian Lowe welcomes Connecticut coaches and their teams to the Dan O'Connell Coed Relays (formerly the Fermi Coed Relays) at 10:00am on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Enfield High School, Enfield CT. The renamed meet is in honor of former meet director and Fermi coach Dan O'Connell. In order to maintain the excellent atmosphere experienced during the previous years, the meet will only be open to coaches of the first 12 teams to register their Intent to Enter. The meet is open to CIAC coaches and their high school age athletes competing for their high school team. Since this is a co-ed meet only the coach making the Head Count event entries is required to start their meet registration by submitting an Intent to Enter on the Meet Registration page !

Welcome to the 37th O'Grady Relays

Meet Director Rob Murray welcomes Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island coaches and their teams to the 37th O'Grady Relays, scheduled for 5:30pm- 8pm on Friday April 28 and Saturday April 29, 2017 at the Danbury High School Stadium. The O'Grady Relays are in honor of the former boys' track and field coach, the late Dan O'Grady. A CIAC Border sanction has been obtained for this meet. The meet is also open to coaches and their middle school age athletes competing with their middle school team for Sprint Medley Relay, Long Jump and 800m events.

Team scores will be calculated by school size (divisions) and overall score. Trophies are awarded to Division winner, as well as Open winner and runner-up. One of the great things about this meet is that it is truly a "team" event surrounded by a "big meet" atmosphere.
