Final Team Entry Reports Posted for 2018 WCC Middle School Outdoor TF Championship

The final team entry reports for the Western Connecticut Conference Middle School Outdoor Track and Field Championship scheduled for Sunday, June 3, 2018 are available on the Meet Reports page at the meet website in HTML and PDF format. Reports include Performance List and Team Entries reports for Boys and Girls.

1. Scratches will be accepted on MEET DAY prior to the start of the meet. Do not email scratch requests.

2. The final event entries have been provided to the Paynes Corner Timing service. The reports are provided for reference only and are subject to changes based on scratches which result in re-seeding. The clerk of course at the meet will have the official start lists.

Team Entry Reports Posted for 2018 CCC South Region Track and Field Championship

The team entry reports for the CCC South Division Track and Field Championship scheduled for Tuesday May 22, 2018 are available on the Meet Reports page at the meet website in HTML and PDF format for on-time entries. Reports include Performance List and Team Entries reports for Boys and Girls. Reports are based upon entries received by the deadline.

Coaches who have made an error in forgetting to enter an athlete in an event must contact both Meet Director Kyle Fuller by email at behsxc@gmail.com AND Entries Coordinator Ron Knapp by email at ezmeetentry@cs.com prior to 3:00pm, Saturday, May 19, 2018.
Coaches must include Name of Meet (CCC SOUTH) their own name, telephone number, Name of School, Athlete's First-Last Name, Grade, Event and Qualifying Mark as part of the email.

ALERT - 2018 Jack Long Last-Ditch Invitational Cancelled

​Meet director Steve Browning announced today that the 2018 Jack Long Last-Ditch Invitational slated for Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Bacon Academy has been cancelled. Browning cancelled the meet since almost all the teams entered were affected by the rescheduling of the 2018 ECC Championship meet to from Saturday to Wednesday, May 23, 2018. Browning extends his appreciation to all coaches who signed-up to attend the meet and looks to resume the meet next year.

ALERT - 2018 ECC Track & Field Championship Rescheduled for Wednesday May 23, 2018

The ECC Outdoor Track and Field Championship Meet originally slated for Saturday, May 19, 2018 has been rescheduled to Wednesday May 23, 2018 with Field Events starting at 2:30pm and Running Events starting at 3:00pm at East Lyme High School.

Coaches are alerted that while no changes to entries can be made an exception is allowed that any athlete unable to participate in the meet on Wednesday can be scratched completely from all their events. Replacements will be accepted until 6:00pm on Sunday, May 20th. Replacement entries must comply with all ECC Championship Entry Guidelines and replacement athletes cannot be scratched from another event to meet these guidelines.

Coaches may scratch an athlete from the meet and enter another athlete by emailing Meet Entries Coordinator Rich Kosta at rkosta@groton.k12.ct.us prior to 6pm, Sunday, May 20, 2018.

Coaches must include their own name, telephone number, Name of School, Athlete's First-Last Name, Event and Qualifying Mark as part of the email.

SWC Championship Meet Rescheduled for Wednesday, May 23rd with New Entry Deadline

​Due to the ongoing recovery and cleanup efforts from the intense damage from the recent storm, the SWC Outdoor T&F Championship, originally scheduled for Monday May 21, 2018, has been rescheduled to Wednesday, May 23, 2018. The new entry deadline is 10:00pm on Monday, May 21, 2018.

IMPORTANT ALERT - 12th Dream Invitational Cancelled

​Meet Director Rob Murray announced this morning that the 12th Dream Invitational slated for today has been cancelled as Danbury HS and surrounding area has not fully recovered from damage caused by the recent storm. He thanks coaches for their support of the meet this year and extends best wishes for a successful season.

ALERT: 12th Dream Invitational is on for Friday 5/18/2018

Meet Director Rob Murray announced today that the 12th Dream Invitational slated for Friday, 5/18/2018 at Danbury HS is still on for Friday as originally scheduled.

VERY IMPORTANT - E-mail meet director Rob Murray murrar@danbury.k12.ct.us AND Jim Gerwick at email: jimrg156@gmail.com ASAP for any further scratches or if your team cannot attend. We need to ensure everyone is in the correct heats and lanes.

ALERT: Hatters Freshman Invitational Rescheduled to Thursday 5/24/2018

Meet Director Rob Murray announced today that the Hatters Freshman Invitational originally slated for Friday, 5/18/2018 at Danbury HS has been rescheduled to Thursday, 5/24/2018 starting at 3:45pm. The change in meet date was required to due to the incomplete recovery efforts from the storm on Tuesday.
