The final Team Entry and Start Box Assignment reports for the 2017 CCC XC Championship are available on the Meet Reports page at the meet website for coaches to review.

Special Instructions:

At this year's 2017 CCC XC Championships FastTrack Timing Service will be using disposable chip timing. Each athlete will be assigned a bib number that is to be worn on their CHEST (below your school name on the singlet). The bib number should be fully visible.  The bib is not to be worn anywhere else! 

  • If you have athletes that will not be competing then please do not take their numbers at packet pick up.  Any unused numbers should be returned!
  • Athletes who compete may keep their bib number and chip as it a disposable chip.
  • Athletes are only to cross the finish line during their race.
  • After they finish their respective races they are to exit the finish area.
  • No athlete with a bib number may stand directly next to or near the finish line while watching or cheering.
  • Please treat the finish line the same as a track meet with Photo finish cameras!

Welcome to the Rich LaVave MMSL XC Invitational

Meet Director Amy Schaefer invites Connecticut Middle School coaches from schools listed below to register their middle school cross-country athletes in grades 7 and 8 for the Rich LaVave MMSL XC Invitational on Thursday, 10/26/2017 starting at 3:45pm at Coginchaug Regional HS in Durham, CT. The races are held on a scenic, rolling, mostly grass 2.15-mile course at CRHS and the surrounding athletic fields. Timing and results provided by Fast Track Timing Services.

Final Team Entry Reports Posted for 2017 Wickham Park XC Invitational

​The final Team Entry reports for the 2017 Wickham Park XC Invitational have been made available on the Meet Reports page at the meet website for coaches to review.

  • Do not send any emails for changes to meet entries. The final entry file has been provided to NorthEast Sports Timing Services for processing.
  • REMINDER: Changes to entries for the Varsity races are a simple replacement of one of the seven (7) runners with another registered runner on race day since every competitor on each team has been issued a race number through official registration. No need to report the change to meet management since every runner has been assigned their own race number.
  • The High School JV Race assignments are posted in the 2017WickhamParkInvite-Final HS Teams-Assigned Race Events report.
  • Do not send any emails for scratching athletes from the meet.

  • Please make sure to make your entry fee payment as soon as possible or bring your check for payment when picking up your registration packet.
  • COACHES: Due to an event at the park on Friday, please note that Wickham Park will be closed by 3:00pm on Friday, October 6, 2017. Make sure that you schedule any course reviews to conclude by that time.

  3. High School Coaches - On race day, coaches will run only 7 VARSITY ATHLETES for the Boys and Girls Varsity Races. All other non-varsity high school athletes can run in the JV races. There is no need for a coach to decide who runs in which race until race day since everyone receives a bib number.
  4. Middle school Coaches - Competitors in the Middle School races will be issued race numbers and provided finish results. Standard cross country scoring will determine team places; the first 1-5 runners score for their team while the 6th-7th runners displace other runners on other teams.
  5. Please make sure to make your entry fee payment as soon as possible or bring with you to the meet and deliver to Meet Director Peter Anthony.
