 1. Instructions for Intent to Enter Meet

The meet director requires that you complete an Intent to Enter form for this meet. Please take the time to quickly register your team and your contact information as part of your Intent to Enter this meet so that you also receive notices about meet updates.

The meet director requires that you complete an Intent to Enter form for this meet by 9pm on Friday, 9/9/2016.

After completion, your entry is available for review in your email and on the Meet Reports page. Please insure that you don't make duplicate entries by reviewing your Intent to Enter information in your email and on the Meet Reports page.

The Intent to Enter form is closed for the meet.

 2. Meet Event Entry Deadline

Enter team and athletes in the Head Count system beginning on Monday, August 22 through Tuesday, 8:00pm, September 13, 2016.

 Meet Event Entry Instructions

EZ Meet Services manages all the meet entries using the NSAF Head Count system at Head Count Registration.


1. While Head Count doesn't prevent any browser from use, please note that only IE6+, Firefox 4+, Chrome, Opera, and Safari 5+ are officially supported.
JavaScript must be enabled to use Head Count.

2. Please ensure that the CT athlete names listed on your Head Count Roster match your CIAC Roster for accurate reporting of results.

3. Do not use multiple email accounts for your entries since your school/team entries are registered to a specific email account. A coach must only enter a (1) Boys or (2) Girls or (3) both Boys & Girls (without another same school coach entering) teams in order to prevent multiple entries of the same athlete/relay teams or entries of an athlete/relay team from the same school into more than the allotted number of events as stipulated by the meet event entry rules and regulated by the Head Count form.

4. Make sure that the School Name linked to your Head Count account is spelled correctly. Ensure the correct school name that will appear in posted results. Use initial caps not all caps. Example: West View, not 'west view' or 'WEST VIEW'.
