​Welcome to the Meet: 

 

Coaches are invited to register their teams for the 6th Connecticut River Valley Invitational starting at 8:30 am on Saturday, September 17, 2016 with Race Check-in between 7:15-8:15am. The meet is open to all Connecticut coaches and their high school athletes competing for their high school team. The meet is also open to all Connecticut coaches and their middle school age athletes competing with their middle school team in grades 6, 7, 8.

The meet is limited to the first 20 high school coaches and first 15 middle school coaches to submit their Intent to Enter form for their team.

The EZ Meet Services Featured Meet was held at Cromwell High School in Cromwell CT on Day, September 17, 2016.

The final Team Entry reports for the 6th Connecticut River Valley Invitational have been made available on the Meet Reports page. The final entry file has been provided to the meet timing service.

  1. Please address any meet event entry questions to Amanda at Timing Plus New England (Amanda@TimingPlusNE.com  ). Please include name of meet, your school name and contact phone number in all correspondence.
  2. Please address any meet administration questions to: Doug McGough at dmcgough@cromwell.k12.ct.us  . Please include your school name and contact phone number in all correspondence.
  3. On race day, run only 7 VARSITY ATHLETES for the Boys and Girls Varsity Races. All other non-varsity high school athletes can run in the JV races.
  4. Please make sure to make your entry fee payment as soon as possible.

The Team Entry reports for the 6th Connecticut River Valley Invitational have been made  available on the Meet Reports page for coaches who have completed their event entries by the entry deadline.

  1. Please make sure that you have entered all the athletes that are going to compete in the meet.
  2. Do not send any emails for scratching athletes from the meet.
  3. Please address any meet entry questions to: Ron Knapp at ezmeetentry@cs.com by Monday 5:00pm. Please include MEET NAME, your school name and contact phone number in all correspondence.
  4. Please address any meet administration questions to: Doug McGough at email Address: dmcgough@cromwell.k12.ct.us . Please include your school name and contact phone number in all correspondence.
  5. On race day, run only 7 VARSITY ATHLETES for the Boys and Girls Varsity Races. All other non-varsity high school athletes can run in the JV races. There is no need to decide who runs in which race until race day since everyone receives a chip. You may run an unlimited number of athletes in the non-varsity races. All Middle School athletes will compete in the Middle School events.

Please make sure to make your entry fee payment as soon as possible.
